100% electrified warehouse

In line with our Net Zero vision, 100% of the electricity we consume comes from renewable sources. We minimise the environmental impact of our operations through modern LED lighting systems in both offices and storage areas, automated lighting controls, water reuse systems for irrigation and solar panels for heating sanitary water. We have capacity for 22,000 pallets on racks, 12 blocks of automated shelving, as well as additional floor storage space. We manage 20,000 product lines using a radio frequency system.

EV Charging Points

As part of our Net Zero commitment, we promote electric mobility by providing 12 electric vehicle charging stations, available to both staff and visitors in our extensive parking area.

69 loading and unloading bays

We facilitate loading and unloading for carriers and transport agencies to speed up processing times and improve productivity. We also have a rest area for drivers.

24 hour security

We have our own on-site security and access control service, and our entire facility is equipped with the most advanced measures to ensure the safety of goods and logistics operations at all times.

Logistics for everyone

FAQ

A logistics operator is a company specialised in managing and optimising the processes that form part of the supply chain warehousing, transport, distribution, order preparation, and more. In the case of Amara NZero, we act as a logistics partner for strategic sectors such as energy, providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Typical functions include receiving and storing goods, inventory management, picking and packing, distribution and shipment tracking. Amara NZero also provides specialised services such as special transport, customs solutions and reverse logistics, integrating technology to ensure complete process control.

A transport company is responsible for moving goods from one point to another. A logistics operator, such as Amara NZero, goes further: it designs, manages, and optimises the entire logistics chain, providing an integrated solution that includes warehousing, distribution, traceability and other value-added services.

Integrated logistics involves the efficient coordination of all logistics processes (from procurement to final delivery) through a comprehensive approach. At Amara NZero we apply this vision to provide a seamless, uninterrupted service that optimises time, costs and resources.

Storage is essential to regulate the flow of goods and ensure availability when needed. At Amara NZero we have our own infrastructure and bonded warehouses, enabling efficient and flexible management to suit technical or sensitive products.

Reverse logistics manages the return of products for reasons such as returns, repairs, recycling or reuse. It is key in a circular economy. Amara NZero provides reverse logistics solutions tailored to each industry, helping to reduce waste and costs.

Outsourcing logistics involves delegating your logistics operations to a specialised provider. This allows the company to focus on its core business, while an operator like Amara NZero handles the logistics management with greater efficiency and flexibility.

By outsourcing with Amara NZerocompanies gain benefits such as reduced fixed costs, access to specialised infrastructure, improved service levels, full traceability and operational scalability. It is an effective strategy for enhancing competitiveness without significant investment.

It allows fixed costs to be transformed into variable ones, routes and processes to be optimised and the operator’s economies of scale to be leveraged. At Amara NZerowe also offer tailored solutions that eliminate logistical inefficiencies, improving both costs and response times

Sectors such as energy, industry, mobility, healthcare, food and e-commerce are major users of outsourced logistics services. Amara NZero works with any business that requires a highly technical partner offering precise and agile logistics.

This is a certification granted by the customs authorities that recognises a company as a secure and reliable partner within the international logistics chain. Amara NZero holds this certification, which confirms our regulatory compliance, traceability and security across all operations.

  • Fewer physical and documentary controls at customs.
  • More agile and priority procedures.
  • International mutual recognition with other customs offices.
  • Greater institutional confidence.

For our clients, this translates into faster deliveries and safer import and export processes.

These are facilities authorised by the authorities where non-EU goods can be stored without paying duties or taxes until their final destination is determined. Amara NZero operates bonded warehouses that enable optimised tax management and efficient inventory control.

  • Deferral of duty and VAT payments until the goods leave the warehouse.
  • Possibility to store products for an unlimited period.
  • Flexibility in inventory management and in the allocation of customs or fiscal destinations.
  • Greater efficiency in import-export operations.

At Amara NZero, this tool provides our clients with increased flexibility and efficiency in their international operations.

A bonded warehouse (DA) allows the storage of imported goods under customs supervision, while a non-bonded warehouse (DDA) is used for goods already within the customs territory of the European Union. In addition, the non-bonded warehouse enables the deferral of VAT payment until the goods leave the premises, whereas in the bonded warehouse taxes are applied in accordance with customs regulations.
